Kev Grout is without doubt one of the most successful carp match anglers ever.
He’s a three-time, back-to-back winner of the UK Carp Cup, but in 2008 he was also making a name for himself on the big-fish scene. While on work experience at Linear Fisheries, the then-Sparsholt student landed the Big Plated, the Big Ghosty and the Big Common from St John’s in a mad two-hour feeding spell.
