The rearranged UK Carp Champs Pairs qualifier at Windsor View Front Lake produced a number of fish, with the lion’s share going to Mark Hutchinson and Simeon Bond, who took the win on 328¾lb.
Also going through to the semi-finals were Sean Marsh and Robbie Alexandra, who finished second on 132lb 6oz, third-placed Steve Blow and Jack Funnell on 128lb 11oz, and Wayne Snodin and Anthony Reeves, who took fourth on 86lb 13oz.
The qualifier was originally due to take place on Walthamstow No. 1 Reservoir, but was moved to the Berkshire fishery following the recent fish kill at the east London complex.
