From big-carp aces to TV personalities, this year’s line-up of Main Stage guests at Carpin’ On 2017 looks set to be bigger and better than ever before.
After months of negotiations, organisers can now reveal former British record holder, Terry Hearn; host of The Big Fish Off and Monster Carp, Ali Hamidi; popular cameraman and video editor, Lee ‘Mozza’ Morris; prolific carp catcher, Dave Levy; EastEnders actor Scott Maslen; captor of more than 50 UK forties, Darrell Peck; and evergreen short-session expert Julian Cundiff are all confirmed to host talks on the Main Stage over the course of the weekend. A few more star names are expected to be added to the line-up over the next few weeks.
The country’s biggest carp-fishing exhibition show will take place over the weekend of 11-12th March at the usual location of the Five Lakes Crowne Plaza near Colchester, Essex. Thousands of people are expected to attend over the two days, so organisers are encouraging people to book in advance via the Carpin’ On website (www.carpinon.co.uk) to avoid disappointment.
