Some sad news to report is that the stunning Sheffield Linear from St Ives Shallow Pit has unfortunately been the victim of an otter attack.
The fish, which topped out at upper 30lb, was left gasping in the margins having been left for dead. St Ives Fishery are understandably upset about the situation and are considering every form of action to try and protect their fishery and it’s precious stock.
