At least £300,000 in fishing license income is to be made available to angling clubs and fisheries based in England due to the latest round of funding from the Angling Trust.
The money will be part of the Angling Improvement Fund designed to give better access to rivers, better facilities on coarse fisheries and improve predation protection plus much more.
Interested parties can apply for funding via the Angling Trust website now, and should do so before the closing date. Successful applicants will be granted their money by mid-September this year, with all approved projects given a deadline of March 31st 2019 for completion. To apply go to: anglingtrust-news.net.
