News just in, the largest resident of Westlands Syndicate Lake in East Yorkshire known as Peggy has unfortunately passed away.
The old fish has graced the pages of Carp-Talk numerous times since the late 1990s and had consistently weighed over 43lb for a number of years before she died this week of natural causes. This is an unfortunate loss for the fishery, but we are sure it will bounce back.
