Popular specimen venue Olivemead Lake was granted planning permission to build a luxury lodge this week.
The new build will be situated on the Top Lake at The Mead, and will offer exclusive breaks for up to four people. The lodge itself will be kitted out with a pool table, a darts board, a large TV and a Sky TV package. Alongside this, a large decked area is being fitted with a private and secluded hot tub located in a private, enclosed garden suitable for dogs. The lodge will be ideally located on the side of the lake, and offer private and exclusive fishing for specimen carp, alongside other species of coarse fish. Once completed, the new lodge is sure to be popular, so make sure to book up well in advance.
