The famous Birch Grove had its stocks bolstered this week with the addition 30 new carp.
The fish were made up of Dink/Leney crosses and weighed between 11 and 15½lb. To safeguard the current stocks, these fish were mixed with original residents in the breeding pond for a couple of years to ensure they caused no harm to the original fish.
