The very nature of some venues means that from time to time you are going to have to get in and get your feet wet.

During the winter months I’d opt for waders, but during the summer months it’s nice to just get straight in. However, there’s always the risk of cutting your feet, so wearing some slip ons like these new Weaves from Navitas is the ideal solution. Not only will they help keep your feet cool during hot sticky weather, but they will also dry out very quickly should you get into the water wearing them. When I think back to fishing shallow margin venues such as RH Fisheries The Stich, St Cassien and more recently Embryo South Ings, these Weave Slip Ons would be a perfect addition to my summer kit and certainly much lighter than carrying a pair of waders.

Navitas Weave Slip Ons are very comfortable and very easy to put on quickly thanks in part to their flex and fold technology. The elasticated upper offers security, comfort and freedom for your feet. Available in a wide range of sizes they retail at £24.99 per pair.
