We are continuously investing to ensure the monument complex keeps improving and remains one of the very best day ticket carp fishing complex’s in the U.K.

During Winter 2016
We have introduced a further 184 fish into Monument 2 and 22 fish into Monument 1. These are allstunning young fish with huge potential. The stockings included fish upto 31.12lb

Further trees are continuously being planted to furhter imrpove the landscape. When you visit the Monument Carp Fishery you can expect the highest standards of Management.

Monument 2

In 2012 we took the decision to build a second lake and work started on Lake 2 in spring 2013. This will open on August meaning 2015.

The Monument 2 is 10 acres in size, boasting 2 double pegs and 14 other swims, meaning it can house 18 anglers at any one time,  all the pegs cover a substantial amount of water and will give all the anglers a chance of a big hit of fish regardless of the peg you book onto.

Every peg on the Monument 2 is fitted with a double waterproof plug socket. Pegs 5,6,7,8 which face the prevailing wind constantly have had substancial wind breakers made from rail way sleeper to make your session more comfortable.

When to fish

We sell a 36 hour session all year round, these start at 6:30 on the morning of the first day of the session, the session will finish at 7 oclock the following evening.

Monday -Tuesday
Thursday – Friday
Saturday – Sunday

Longer sessions

If you wish to fish for longer than 36hrs that is possible if you book 2 sessions that are back to back, this however would mean that you would have to reel in and sleep in the overnight bivvy area and wait for the session to commence on the following morning to continue fishing.

Many anglers want to fish next to their friends when night fishing, so you can choose your swim, when you book.
